This conference will convene professionals from around the country who interested in blending art and science to educate youth and others. The conference will contain two days of presentations, posters, breakout groups, and field trips.

1. Will there be a place to store luggage during the field trips.
Yes.
2. Will there be a laptop and monitor available for presentations?
Yes, please bring your presentation on a flash drive on Thursday morning.
3. What hotel are participants staying at?
DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside
4. Is parking at the DoubleTree free?
No, but we have arranged for your parking fees to be covered. Please let the front desk know when you check in.
5. Is car rental needed for the conference?
No, you can either take the MBTA or ubers/lyfts around the city and to/from airport. There is also a shuttle that runs from the hotel to UMass Boston campus.
6. What building is the conference in?
The campus center at UMass Boston.
7. How long are the presentations?
15 minutes, with 4 minutes for questions.
8. Is the field trip complimentary?
Yes!
